Taking the ferry across the Mississippi River to Algiers LA

Monday morning we made a trip to Wal-Mart in Algiers to get groceries for the day. We didn't have enough storage space to get enough supplies to last through the week. The Wal-Mart in Chalmette, LA where we were staying had not been rebuilt. The fastest way to get to the store was to take the ferry. This proved to be quite an adventure.
